The SLLC Graduate Colloquium Committee is pleased to announce the results of the Graduate Student Paper Prize, made possible by a generous anonymous benefactor. The winner of the 2017 Paper Prize is Mr. Aarón Lacayo of Rutgers University-New Brunswick, for his paper “Toxic Memories, Damaged Immunity, and Ecocide in Julio Hernández Cordón’s Polvo (Dust).” You can read the abstract for his paper here.
